Professional Profile

Sharon Rodrick is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Law at Monash University. She graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours. She also holds a Master of Laws by major thesis from the University of Melbourne. Her thesis was titled “The Ownership, Control and Licensing of Pay Television in Australia”.

Her teaching and research interests are in the areas of Property Law, Torts and Media Law. She has published a number of articles on aspects of the Torrens System and is the co-author of D Butler & S Rodrick, Australian Media Law (2nd ed, 2004).
