Professional Profile

Rachel has completed an Arts (Hons) degree at Monash University, an LLB at Bond University and a Masters of Law from the University of Melbourne.

After completing articles, she was Associate to Mr Justice Mandie in the Supreme Court of Victoria for two years, spending most of her time with his Honour in the Commercial and Corporations Lists of that Court.  She then completed the Bar readers Course and has been a member of the Bar for the last nine years.

Rachel has taught at Monash, Melbourne and La Trobe Universities over the last five years in areas such as Constitutional and Administrative Law, Business Law and Civil Procedure.  Rachel is currently a lecturer at Monash University.  In addition, she has the role of Director of the Minters professional program.
