Professional Profile

John Duns is an Associate Professor, whose teaching and research interests are in insolvency, competition and corporate law. He is Co-convenor of the LLM Coursework program and a staff member of the Monash University Law Review. His most recent book is entitled Insolvency: Law and Policy (OUP 2003). Other publications include co-authorship of Australian Competition Law (Butterworths 2000), Competition Law: Cases & Materials (Lexis-Nexis Butterworths, 2nd ed 2006), and the loose-leaf service Bankruptcy Law and Practice.
