Professional Profile

Gail Hubble graduated from Monash with honours in both the Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws and later graduated from Bachelor of Civil Law at Oxford University with honours. She is currently practicing as a Barrister specialising in Commercial law and Civil disputes; Employment and Industrial law; and Administrative law. Gail is also a sessional lecturer and examiner with the Faculty of Law at Monash University and a Senior Fellow of the Melbourne University Law School. She currently teaches Civil Procedure; Law of Trusts; Administrative Law; Corporations Law; Trial Practice and Advocacy; Lawyers, Ethics and Society; and Advanced Property. Gail has published in topics ranging from rape and self-defence to juvenile defendants.
