Professional Profile

 Dr Laryea has studied at the Universities of Ghana and Glasgow, and at  Bond University, where he obtained his Ph.D.  He taught at the University of Ghana, Bond University, and Lancaster University, England, before joining Monash.  Subjects he has taught include Contract Law, Company Law, Business Law, Law of Civil Remedies, Equity and Trusts Law, International Business Law, International Sale of Goods, and International Finance Law. He has also practiced law with a commercial law firm in Ghana, Lexcom Associates (then Ofosu-Amaah & Associates).
