Lecturer Professional ProfileColin Campbell holds a Masters degrees in law from the Universities of Melbourne and Cambridge, and a PhD in law from the University of Cambridge. Formerly a solicitor and a judge’s associate, Colin’s main research interests lie in the areas of Administrative Law, Regulatory Law, especially the law relating to the regulation of privatized bodies, and Anti-discrimination Law. The topic of Colin's doctoral thesis was 'The Conception of Public Power in Judicial Review'. The thesis examined, amongst other things, the inter-relationship between the law of judicial review and competition law. Colin has published a number of journal articles.
