Higher Degrees by Research (HDR) Students Group

The HDR (Higher Degrees by Research) Students Group was established in 2001 to

  • Discuss issues relevant to the research interests of HDR students
  • Foster a collegiate spirit amongst HDR students
  • Represent the research interests of HDR students in appropriate forums.

Meetings

In 2008 the HDR Group meets once every two months from 1 pm to  2 pm in the 4th Floor Conference Room (unless specified) in the Law School. The agenda for each meeting is circulated by the Chair of the HDR students prior to the meeting. In addition to the discussion of issues affecting HDR students, meetings may include a presentation by an HDR student, a staff member or a visitor on topic related to the HDR candidature.
