Public Law, Government and Regulation

Research in the area of public law, government and regulation is far reaching and important in terms of law reform, political debate, organisational management and the rights and protection of our citizens. Monash Law School has been instrumental in the development of research in this broad sector with interests that range from legal and non-legal forms of regulation, administrative law mechanisms, ombudsman, contract and statutory regimes, and command and control (privatisation) to international governance, constitutional law and theory, and labour law.
