Teresa Dyson is a Partner with the Tax Group of Blake Dawson Waldron, primarily practising in the areas of financial arrangements, debt/equity hybrid structures, project finance, leasing, securitisation, infrastructure and cross border arrangements. Teresa acts for financial institutions, financial packagers, governments and major corporate clients, providing taxation advice in relation to a range of matters. Teresa is a member of the Tax Subcommittee of the Law Council of Australia, the Tax Subcommittee of the Australian Securitisation Forum and the Tax Taskforce of Infrastructure Partnerships Australia. She has postgraduate qualifications in taxation law and finance and she is a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia.
