Mr Rhys Bollen
Team Leader, Regulatory Policy, Australian Securities and Investments Commission
Rhys Bollen has been practicing in the area of financial services law for about 10 years, both in private practice and with the government. He has written widely in the field, focusing in recent years in the operation and regulation of payment services. He is currently Team Leader, Regulatory Policy with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission where he is involved in developing and applying financial services law and policy, particularly in the banking sector. He taught the Payments Systems and Electronic Banking Law for the Monash LLM program in 2006.
