Dr Greg Golding

Greg Golding is a partner in the Sydney office of Mallesons Stephen Jaques where he specialises in the areas of contested public company takeovers, reconstructions and capital raisings. Greg is named in each of the Chambers Guide, Best Lawyers International, Asia Pacific Legal 500 and Euromoney IFLR Expert Guide in the listings of the worlds leading mergers and acquisition lawyers and listings of the worlds leading capital markets lawyers. Greg was awarded his doctorate for research into the fundraising provisions of the Corporations Law and has published extensively in this area. Greg lectures to post-graduate law students in mergers and acquisitions, fundraising and securities law at the University of Sydney and fundraising and securities law at the University of NSW. In recent years he has been involved in some of Australia’s most significant mergers and acquisition transactions.
