Mr Bruce Dyer

Bruce Dyer is a partner at Blake Dawson, where his practice focuses on public company takeovers and schemes of arrangement. Bruce has advised on many high profile takeovers, and has extensive experience conducting proceedings before the Takeovers Panel. He was seconded to act as General Counsel of the Takeovers Panel in 2006-7. Bruce is co-author of a leading administrative law text and has published widely in the areas of administrative law and corporate law. He is a member of the Markets Policy Group of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (Finsia) and a member and former Deputy Chairman of the Corporations Committee of the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.
