Tribunal ProceduresMembers of administrative tribunals are recruited from a range of occupational backgrounds to promote diversity and equity and ensure a variety of skill sets. However, certain core skills and specialist expertise are required by all members, irrespective of their professional background. This area of study has been designed to teach the necessary knowledge and skills for effective tribunal membership. These courses are suited to current administrative and industrial tribunal members and those contemplating a tribunal appointment or people with a general interest in administrative and tribunal procedures and practices.
