Course Fees

The Monash JD is offered on a full-fee basis with Australian citizens, Australian permanent resident visa holders (residing in Australia) and New Zealand citizens (residing in Australia) eligible to apply for a domestic full-fee place. There are a limited number of Commonwealth Supported Places available and eligible applicants will automatically be considered for these places.

Australian citizens and Humanitarian resident holders (residing in Australia) may apply for a FEE-HELP loan which will provide eligible students with a loan for up to $81,600 of the tuition fees. For more information visit the Australian Government website going to uni.

* The tuition fee quoted applies for a course commencing in 2008.  For future years of your course, Monash University reserves the right to adjust annual tuition fees.  However, Monash University undertakes that any adjustment factor will not exceed 6% per annum.  Any adjustment will be applied on the 1st of January each year for teaching periods with a census date thereafter.
