Course Fees

The Monash JD is offered on a full-fee basis with Australian citizens, Australian permanent resident visa holders (residing in Australia) and New Zealand citizens (residing in Australia) eligible to apply for a domestic full-fee place. There are a limited number of Commonwealth Supported Places available and eligible applicants will automatically be considered for these places.

Australian citizens and Humanitarian resident holders (residing in Australia) may apply for a FEE-HELP loan which may provide eligible students with a loan. For more information visit the Australian Government website going to uni.
