The single Bachelor of Laws is normally four years full-time study.

Graduate applicants who have already completed an undergraduate degree or applicants who have satisfactorily completed the equivalent of at least one year of full-time study in another faculty at Monash (internal transfer) or another approved university (external transfer) may be able to enter the first year of law and be eligible for up to 36 credit points of credit, which means they will be able to complete the Bachelor of Law in just over three years of full-time study (or part-time equivalent).

Double Degree Programs

Double degrees require students to undertake both degrees simultaneously, enabling students to complete both degrtees in a shorter time than undertaking each degree separately. Most of the double degrees are five years in length, with the exception of degrees with engineering and medicine.
