Single unit and cross-institutional online application form

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE COMPLETING AND SUBMITTING THIS FORM

This application form is for Australian citizens or Australian permanent residents applying for single unit enrolment (assessed, non-assessed, Monash JD units), cross-institutional enrolment or the graduate certificate in forensic studies (accounting).

International students are generally not eligible to undertake these programs, unless advised accordingly. Contact us if you are not sure.

Please note that this is an application form only and does not constitute an approved enrolment for any course in the University nor entitle the applicant to be classified as a student of the University.

Closing dates

Applicants will be notified in writing of the outcome of their application within two weeks of receipt of application providing that all relevant documentation is provided.

Cancellation of units

The Faculty reserves the right to withdraw any of the units listed from the programme should circumstances dictate such action.

Application Form

Applicants must submit:

• an original or original certified copy of your academic transcripts and evidence of completion
• a CV
• evidence of your citizenship status
• original or original certified copy of your COLE assessment letter (where applicable)
