Equity and Diversity

The faculty is committed to promoting equal opportunity in education and employment.

To this end, the faculty has established an Equity & Diversity Committee. Its principal goal is to achieve an environment in which all members of the Faculty are able to work and study effectively to reach their potential within the faculty. 

The Committee reports to the Dean and the Faculty Executive Committee. The Director Equity represents the faculty on the University Advisory Committee on Equity and Access in Employment (ACE) which in turn reports to the Equal Opportunity Committee.
