Congratulations on being offered a course within the Faculty of Law.
This page contains information on the enrolment process and other relevant links for new undergraduate students looking to enrol in Semester 1, 2012.
Note: The enrolment instructions are not for Internal Transfer students - we will transfer your course when you attend the information session.
Before attending the compulsory Faculty Enrolment Information session, you must follow the instructions in Steps 1 - 5 of the Monash 'How to enrol' guide. You will obtain your ID card according to the schedule below.

Enrolled in units. All students must initially enrol in at least the law units showing in WES, even if you are transferring from another law course, before you attend the faculty's Enrolment Information Sessions. Units may be added or discontinued up until the cut-off date - see Important Dates. |
Please consult the schedule for the date and venue of the compulsory Faculty Enrolment Information sessions, where you may also receive course and credit advice and then proceed to the Student Service Centre to obtain your ID (if new to Monash)
At the information sessions, you will receive information on starting your law course and managing your progression through the course. You will also be given important material associated with your first Law unit: LAW1101 Introduction to legal reasoning.
If you are unable to attend the faculty information session, you are required to notify the Faculty via e-mail: law-undergraduate@monash.edu
You are required to attend the University Welcome and Faculty Orientation Day on Monday, 20th February, 2012 beginning at 10am in Lecture Theatre South 1, Building 64.
