New mid-year enrolments

This information is for new Monash students (those who have a place in the Faculty of Law). Non-Monash students who wish to undertake future study with us, please see the  Future students  website.

Welcome from the Dean

Acceptance of your offer and enrolment in units: Before attending the compulsory faculty enrolment information session (Semester One 2009 deferred students and new students: 8 July at 10:00; internal and external transfers: 17 July, 1:00), you must follow the instructions on pages 1 - 9 of the Enrolment Guide 2009. You must have:

At the information session, we will tell you what you need to know about starting your law course,  your progression through the course and what services are available within the faculty and university to ease your transition. You will also be able to register to become part of the Peer-to-Peer Mentor program. After the session, the Faculty will then manually enrol you in your chosen units. If new to Monash, you will then finalise your enrolment by obtaining your ID card from the Student Services Centre (Building 10).

If you are unable to attend the faculty information session, you may authorise a proxy to attend. This allows the Faculty to enrol you on the day. (NB You will need to inform the proxy of the units in which you are to be enrolled).

The University welcome and orientation is on Tuesday, 14th July at 10:00 in Robert Blackwood Hall. There will be student volunteers available to take you on a campus tour immediately after this event.
