Monash University Law School is pleased to invite you to Access to justice: How much is too much?, a conference exploring the legal and medical issues raised by querulous or vexatious people who pursue grievances beyond reasonable bounds.

This conference will play a significant role in bringing together eminent professionals from the legal and medical industries to examine issues raised by vexatious people, and will provide a unique opportunity for broad discussion of thesecomplex issues.

Continuing Legal Education

This conference has been accredited by the New South Wales Bar Association for CPD purposes. Members of the New South Wales Bar who attend can claim one point for each hour of attendance in accordance with the rules of that Bar. Members of the Victorian Bar may also claim one CLE credit point for each hour session of the conference up to a maximum of five credit points.
