Castan Centre for Human Rights LawMultinational Corporations and Human RightsThe Castan Centre for Human Rights Law at Monash University, along with its industry partners Futureye and Premier Oil (UK) are conducting a three year Australian Research Council project investigating the human rights responsibilities of multinational corporations. This web site is one aspect of the research. It contains links to codes, principles and norms for multinational and other corporations as to their human rights responsibilities, ethical investment indices, transnational litigation against companies and other relevant case law.
