Employment Opportunity - Public Interest Law Scheme Manager (1.0 EFT)
The Public Interest Law Clearing House (Vic.) Inc. (PILCH) is currently seeking a highly-motivated professional to manage the Public Interest Law Scheme. The ideal candidate will have a committment to improving access to justice for marginalised and disadvantaged people as well as an excellent understanding of the legal profession and pro bono sector in Victoria. Excellent communication skills are a must as is solid post admission experience working as a barrister or solicitor.

UNHCR's Policy Development and Evaluation Service (PDES) Internship
The UNHCR's PDES wishes to engage an intern to work on issues related to climate change, the environment and forced migration. Applicants should ideally have proven knowledge of these issues, and should meet the criteria set out in the PDES Internship Policy, which can be found at http://www.unhcr.org/research/RESEARCH/3e76f9e85.html.  Preference will be given to applicants who are able to commence the inernship before the end of July 2008.
