The 2010 Victorian election is scheduled for 27 November and human rights will be a vital campaign issue.  Representatives of the Liberal Party and the Greens answered questions from Damien Carrick about their parties' policies  that impact on human rights.

  
The Attorney-General Rob Hulls MP was invited to attend the forum but withdrew due to other commitments. The Government declined to nominate an alternative speaker to represent the Labor Party.
