Donations and Bequests

Giving to Monash Law School

Monash Law School would not be the pre-eminent academic institution it is today if not for the generous support of our donors and alumni. All gifts, great and small, have contributed in building a law school which has an international reputation for being one of the best. Donations in the past have allowed us to:

  • provide a community service through our community legal centres
  • establish Chairs in Law
  • fund student scholarships
  • house one of the greatest legal libraries
  • continue legal research activities
  • provide internships and overseas study options to students
  • support student moot competitions

At present the Federal Government suppoprts the Faculty with approximately 40 percent of funding needed. If we are to continue our tradition of the very best in legal education and research we need your help. With your support Monash Law School will continue to be a school of excellence well into the future.
