Monash Law School regularly publishes the following:
A bi-annual publication which is distributed to the Monash Law School alumni community, Law Matters outlines events and news within Monash Law School, as well as highlights the success of our alumni and current staff and students.
The Monash Law School Annual Report is a record of Faculty's activities and achievements.
Monash University Law Review is a scholarly refereed law journal which contains articles written by professors, judges and legal practitioners. The Law Review publishes two issues each year and provides the legal community with a critical analysis of topical legal issues.
Alternative Law Journal is a quarterly, refereed journal focusing on law and society. It is based in the Faculty of Law at Monash University but is independent and self-funding. The journal is run by a cooperative of volunteers sourced from universities, law firms and legal centres across Australia and is edited on a rotational basis by committees from each state and territory.
Every year, Monash Law academic staff and students publish a wide range of scholarly books, book chapters, refereed journal articles, refereed conference papers, reports and make submissions to Government and Parliament.
